Kinda Rosie

Hair how to: Rosie Huntington-Whiteley

To recreate this look I used...
A small donut
Handful of grips
1 hairband
Dry shampoo
Backcomb brush (but any hairbrush will do)

This look works best on 'second day hair', great for when you fancy an extra 10 minutes snoozing rather than turning on the straighteners or curling tongs!

1. Start by tipping your head upside down and giving it a good blast with a little dry shampoo. This just adds a bit of texture so the style doesn't look too 'done'.

2. Separate your hair into two sections. You will be able to find a natural separation in your hair line. Use backcomb in a bottle to prep your hair and then backcomb the upper crown. Repeat for the lower half of your hair.

3. After backcombing, pin the upper half into place using grips. For a more undone look, use the handle of your hairbrush and push it under the quiff to loosen slightly.

4. Secure the bottom half of your hair into a high ponytail. This will look messy having backcombed it earlier.

5. Push the donut onto the ponytail, and pin small strands at random underneath the donut until it is completely covered.

6. Rosie's look is quite polished, so pin back any stray hairs to create a similar look. If, like me, you can't pull off the ballerina bun, run your hands through to the back of your head and pull gently forward to loosen the topknot.

If you've tried to take on Rosie's do', post the link below, I'd love to have a nosey!x
